1. We send an order confirmation email after every order. The email contains your order number.

If you don’t find your email, please check all inboxes, including junk/spam folders! Still no? No worries! Please get in touch with us via live chat or support@medineedstore.com.

2. If you have a MEDINEED account, log in and see your order history. The code starting with MD is your order number. e.g. MD58780.

If you don’t have a MEDINEED account, simply create one with the same email address you used to place the order.

Please get in touch with us at support@medineedstore.com with the change details if your order has yet to be shipped. Then, we will help you to do our best to modify your order.

Kindly note that we aim to produce your order within 6 hours and ship it as soon as possible.

4. You will see your cart page. Please check your products and quantity information. Then, click the “Check Out” button.

(If you want to buy them with Paypal, you will see buttons under the product list. In those cases, click the desired button and fill out the form on the new page.)

5. Please complete the form (contact and shipping information). If your discount code is available on the right-hand side, enter it. Then, click the “Continue to Shipping” button.

6. Check all your info and select your shipping method. Then, click the “Continue to Payment” button.

7. Fill in your credit card information. Then, click the “Pay Now” button.

8. Congratulations! You have a new toy.

Tracking numbers are automatically sent when your product is shipped. If you received an email about your order status, you can find your tracking number in the email. Then, go to our tracking portal, enter your code and see where it is.

Due to severe weather or flight and logistics delays, you may experience delivery delays. However, we are committed to getting your purchased products as soon as possible.

We have various craftsmen and warehouses located across different states in the USA. As a result, each product may be manufactured in other states. We ship items in separate packages to ensure prompt delivery and avoid delays.

Typically, we ship to destinations within the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe. For shipments to other countries, please reach out to us directly. We’ll be happy to determine your shipping cost and make any necessary adjustments to accommodate your purchase.

We use all major carriers and local courier partners. During checkout, you will be asked to select a delivery method.

Yes, the full address, including street and receiver names, is necessary to ship to a packing station or a residential address.

Please be sure that all shipments are insured and risk-free. The shipping cost varies depending on the country to ship to and shipping options. We offer insured and express shipping for the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK. For now, express shipping is not available for international shipments, but please don’t be sad. We’re working on that. Please keep an eye out for our new updates.

If the product has a quality problem or is not working correctly, please contact us immediately and send us pictures or videos of the defective product. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

We apologize if you experience any inconvenience. Please reach out to us with your order number. We’ll promptly liaise with our warehouse manager to verify the shipment status, which may take up to 24 hours. In case of a missing item during transit, we’ll initiate a claim with the carrier, which could span up to 7 days. If the item is confirmed as lost, we’ll swiftly address the issue to ensure resolution as soon as possible.

Within thirty days of receiving the product, we will deal with the problem of the product for you free of charge, as long as it is not caused by human negligence.

If the product does not work correctly due to quality problems, you can contact us by email and attach relevant pictures and videos to your letter. We will deal with the issue for you immediately.
